Long-serving London garage punks the WITCHDOKTORS are set to release their fourth album next month, and they’re serving up this taster track with Vive Le Rock!

‘New Set Of Wheels’ is taken from Voodoo Eye which is due out on 17 June through Bomber Music. It’s available to pre-order here.

Formed back in 1986, the WitchDoktors have made a name for themselves as one of the hottest garage bands in the UK through solid gigging, sharing stages with the likes of The Ramones, The Damned, The Cramps, Fleshtones, Revillos, Urban Voodoo Machine, Legendary Shack Shakers, The Germs, Wreckless Eric and many others, while holding down a five-year residency at much missed London venue, the 12 Bar Club. Following on from their widely acclaimed 2008 album $3 Hooker, Voodoo Eye was recorded with noted producers Pat Collier (Jesus & Mary Chain, UK Subs, Ruts DC) and Tim Palmer (David Bowie, Robert Plant).

The band play a special album launch show on 2 June at The Alley Cat in Denmark Street – right opposite the old 12 Bar – before heading out on the road. Full dates (so far) are….
