In a celebrations of THE WHO’s 50th Anniversary, London’s Cockpit Theatre is playing host to several of the iconic rockers’ biographers and critics.

The Who Writer’s Literary Event is being staged by Streets We Ran and Merc Mod Shoes on Saturday 21 November from 12 ’til 6pm and brings together eight writers, each speaking for thirty minutes in a Q&A format with an interviewer on the chosen subject of their book, giving the audience rare insights into one of the most important bands the world has ever seen.

Peter ‘ Dougal ‘ Butler (Full Moon)
Chris Charlesworth (The Who: The Illustrated Biography, Pete Townshend: A Career Biography and The Complete Guide to the Music of The Who)
Ben Marshall (The Who – 50 Years : The Official History)
Ian Snowball (Keith Moon : There Is No Substitute Due out 2016)
Simon Wells (Quadrophenia a Way of Life – Inside the Making of Britain’s Greatest Youth Film)
