Class of ’77 LA punks THE DICKIES hit the UK and Ireland on their 40th Anniversary Tour this summer!

The 14 dates throughout July include two shows at The Underworld in London, where they will perform their first two career-defining albums The Incredible Shrinking Dickies and Dawn Of The Dickies plus hits on consecutive nights.

Formed in the San Fernando Valley after guitarist Stan Lee and bassist Billy Club witnessed THE DAMNED on their maiden US tour, they were the first California punk band to strike a major deal. Their comedy amphetamine buzzsaw covers, such as BLACK SABBATH’s ‘Paranoid’, made them an instant hit in the UK, where their version of the Banana Splits theme took them to a highly respectable Number 7 in the charts.
