Another standout from their recent Fire Records release; Carnival of Souls, "Carnival" soundtracks the entire episode, as Twisty the Clown lurks in the shadows. The use of Pere Ubu has proven to be one of the more inspired and surprising music supervision choices of the current television season, which sees the show's co-creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk (also responsible for Glee) embracing the cinematic and dark sound of the band's new material, forming a perfect fit with this season's family of freaks and oddities.</p>)
