The URBAN VOODOO MACHINE’s frontman Paul-Ronney Angel has collaborated with LINDA GAIL LEWIS - younger sister of the Killer himself, Jerry Lee Lewis! - and they're premiering the video exclusively with Vive Le Rock!
The track 'Wild Turkey & Lemonade' was written by Angel and inspired by Linda Gail when she told him about her favourite drink: "I was on tour in the States with guitarist Danny B Harvey who is Linda Gail’s son-in-law and we were knocking back some Jack’n’Cokes in honour of Lemmy who Danny played with in Headcat, when Linda Gail told me that Wild Turkey & Lemonade used to be her favourite drink - it stuck and became a song and I’m super happy she agreed to duet it with me!"
The track is available on the London Texas Lockdown album which made VLR’s Top 50 Albums of 2021. It can be ordered direct from the man himself!
In addition to a full-on schedule with The Urban Voodoo Machine, Angel has also found time to form an all-star band The Bad MoFos which features Tomirae Brown (James Brown Band), Tom Spencer (The Professionals), Slim (The Urban Voodoo Machine) and Rocky Rhyhm (The Revillos).
