RUM COVES!

Multinational Celtic punks THE RUMJACKS have announced a new album for Spring release.

The band's fifth album, Hestia - named after the Greek goddess of 'home and hearth' - is their first album to feature new singer Mike Rivkees, also in Boston band Mickey Rickshaw, who joined the band last year.

Recorded in Milan, Italy under pandemic conditions during the Autumn of 2020, the album's first single 'Sainted Millions' dropped last November.

Formed in Sydney, Australia in 2008, the band quickly built a strong local following leading to major international tour supports with the likes of GBH, UK Subs and Gogol Bordello, and numerous festival appearances including Boomtown Fair, San Diego's Shamrocked and South by Southwest in Austin. In 2011 they had a major breakthrough when their single 'An Irish Pub Song' became a viral hit, eventually racking up more than 60 million views on YouTube.

Set for release on 12 March (ready for St Patrick's Day!), Hestia is available to pre-order here.
