THE MIDDLENIGHT MEN have just unveiled a video for their second single.
'Rat Star' follows on from the London powerpoppers' effervescent debut 'BA Baby' which came out in June and was premiered by Vive Le Rock!
The brainchild of Role Models and YoYos guitarist Nick Hughes, with help from Status Quo's Leon Cave, producer Andy Brook and others, The Middle Night Men are gearing up for the release of their debut album ISSUE 1 due early next year.
"'Rat Star' is the song everyone needs right now," says Hughes. "A fan couldn’t have put it better when they said 'This is brilliant, just what we all need right now - no nonsense, unapologetic rock'n'roll FUN! Love it, more sparklers all round!' And that’s everything it was intended to be. Unapologetic fun, a method of escapism of everything 2020."
