Fast-rising Medway garage-punks THE SHADRACKS have just unveiled a new single and lyric video.

'You Can't Lose' is taken from the trio's long-awaited second album From Human Like Forms, which is due out on 13 August through Damaged Goods and follows on from their self-titled 2018 debut.

The new single is the first outing for new bassist Rhys Webb, formerly of THE HORRORS, who joins the band alongside singer/guitarists Huddie Shadrack (son of Billy Childish) and drummer Elisa Abednego.

“It’s about wanting something you can’t get,” explains Huddie about the choice of single. “Chasing the unobtainable and finding yourself at the mercy of your pursuits.”

The album's release will be complimented by videos by innovative film maker and former The Jesus And Mary Chain bassist Douglas Hart.

The band play an album launch show at The Moth Club, Hackney, London on 13 August. Tickets are available here.
