Veteran post-punks the BAND OF HOLY JOY play a one-off London date this week in support of their latest album.
Formed back in 1984 on the New Cross squat scene, the Band, still fronted by the charismatic Johny Brown, have enjoyed a particularly prolific period over the past decade, seeing the release of their most recent album Dreams Take Flight in June.
The Band return to the London stage this Thursday 7 October at Powerhaus (formerly Dingwalls) in Camden.
They'll be joined by extra-special guests, recently rejuvenated proto-punk legends THE DOCTORS OF MADNESS, plus VAGRANT LOVERS and I SEE ISLANDS.
