Former X-RAY SPEX sax player LORA LOGIC celebrates a new box set with a video which she's premiering exclusively with Vive Le Rock!

'Alien Boys' is taken from The Land Of Kali, the first new album by Lora's band ESSENTIAL LOGIC in forty-three years. Co-produced with Youth, the album forms part of Logically Yours, a five-LP box set bringing together 50 essential songs from Lora's archive.

“A fun song with unnerving undertones," says Lora of the single. "On planet lock down, I am overwhelmed by the feeling that normal people are being threatened by different kinds of alien boys with alien toys, propelling us into a dystopian future.”

A founder member of X-Ray Spex, Lora played on the iconic single 'Oh Bondage Up Yours!' before leaving to form Essential Logic. She has since gone on to lend her skills to the likes of Red Crayola, The Raincoats, The Stranglers, Dennis Bovell, Swell Maps and Boy George.

Alongside The Land Of Kali, the set also includes the albums Beat Rhythm News (Waddle Ya Play?) (1979); Pedigree Charm (1982); the singles, b-sides and oddities compilation album Aerosol Burns & Other Misdemeanours, and No More Fiction, featuring a number of vinyl exclusive including tracks that would've formed the basis of Essential Logic's third studio album.

Logically Yours is set for release on 25 November through Hiss And Shake Records.
