Aussie rockers LEADFINGER are back with their first new album in six years.
Newly signed to Golden Robot, the band release Silver & Black, the follow-up to 2015's Friday Night Heroes, on 25 February.
Formed by guitarist Stewart Cunningham, a co-founder of seminal Wollongong band Proton Energy Pills, as well as playing in Asteroid B-612, Brother Brick and The Yes-Men, Leadfinger was originally a solo project, named for the fact that Cunningham had a lead pellet embedded in his finger following an unfortunate childhood air-rifle incident. Expanding into a band from 2006 onwards, Leadfinger released their debut album The Floating Life through Spanish label Bang! in 2007.
The band trailed the album this week with the release of a video for the track 'Sleeping Dogs'...
