True to form, the teenage bothers Emmett and Cullen O'Connor deliver a minimalist slab of grinding, lo-fi organ punk. 'Sally Lou' is taken from their self-titled debut album which is out now through Dirty Water Records. You can order it here.
Recording the album with Detroit garage legend Jim Diamond at his Ghetto Recorders studio, Emmett says matter-of-factly, "We drove, set up and recorded pretty much everything. Then, we went back to the hotel and recorded the next day. The next day Jim played us our songs and we liked them."
The brothers are currently finalising dates for their debut European tour later this year.
