In November last year, an all-star cast of US punks got together to recreate JOHNNY THUNDERS & THE HEARTBREAKERS' classic album L.A.M.F. live at the Bowery Electric Club in New York.
The show was filmed and recorded for posterity and is set for release on 8 December on CD and DVD.
Sole surviving original Heartbreaker Walter Lure hooked up with BLONDIE drummer Clem Burke, the MC5's Wayne Kramer and Tommy Stinson of THE REPLACEMENTS for the show. The band was also joined during the gig by special guests Cheetah Chrome from THE DEAD BOYS, Jesse Malin from D-GENERATION and singer Liza Colby.
L.A.M.F. Live At The Bowery Electric is available to pre-order here, along with the previously release 4 CD box set of the original album and it's various mixes and demos.
