Youthful Finnish garage types US herald their debut album with a new single and they're premiering the video with Vive Le Rock!
A driving psych-pop hymn to blissed-out lysergia, 'Paisley Underground' is the follow up to their debut single 'Night Time' and is out on 11 September through Krautpop! Records. It's taken from the album Underground Renaissance which is out on 20 September.
Formed by brothers Teo Hirvonen, Pan Hirvonen and Max Somerjoki, along with schoolfriends Rasmus Ruonakoski and Levi Jämsä, the band recorded nine originals for the album, plus one cover, 'Just My Situation' by Wigwam, in homage to the band's founder, legendary British-born Finnish-based musician Jim Pembroke, who passed away in 2021 and is described by the band as “One of the greatest songwriters of our time".
The band have spent the summer months playing various festivals - including SIX sets at Glastonbury! - and return to the UK to play the Live At Leeds festival on 16 November.
Underground Renaissance is available to pre-order here.
