The Brighton band's second full-length album, Levelling The Land was released in 1991 and features the fan favourites ‘One Way’, ‘15 Years’, ‘Far From Home’, ‘Riverflow’, ‘Boatman’ and ‘Battle Of The Beanfield’.
The new two-CD edition features a recording of the band performing the album live at Brixton Academy plus a DVD of that performance. Also available on limited edition double-vinyl, it's set for release on 18 November through On The Fiddle Recordings.
As previously announced, The Levellers set out on a Levelling The Land 25th Anniversary Tour in November and December, featuring their fifteenth performance at the iconic London venue. Support for the tour comes from FEROCIOUS DOG and GAZ BROOKFIELD. Prior to the tour they play their annual Beautiful Days Festival on Saunday 21 August and Hastings Pier on Sunday 18 September.
