The Who have been announced as final headliner for this year’s Glastonbury Festival. The West London rock legends will close the Sunday night on the Pyramid Stage, following a set by ‘Modfather’ Paul Weller. Band frontman Roger Daltrey has promised to “close this year’s event with a bang.”
The Who previously headlined Glastonbury in 2007.
The band, who are currently on The Who Hits 50 world tour, also headline the British Summertime festival in Hyde Park on 6 June, supported by Weller, Kaiser Chiefs, Johnny Marr and Gaz Coombes.
