Legendary Memphis rockers TAV FALCO & PANTHER BURNS head to the UK next month for a run of dates in support of their current album Command Performance.
Coming to prominence during the late-70s/early-80s alongside primitive rock’n’roll contemporaries The Cramps and The Gun Club, the band have had something of a revolving door policy, featuring at one time or another Alex Chilton, Jim Dickinson, Ken Stringfellow, Jim Sclavunos and many, many more.
Tav has recently directed the new film Urania Descending and his book Mondo Memphis – an “encyclopedic history and psychogeography of the city” – is available now.

THURSDAY 11 JUNE Manchester, The Ruby Lounge
FRIDAY 12 JUNE London, Oslo
SATURDAY 13 JUNE Edinburgh, TBA
SUNDAY 14 JUNE Glasgow, The Poetry Club
