SOMETHING IN THE WEYMOUTH!

SOMETHING IN THE WEYMOUTH!

Dorset garage-grungers SADCULT are back with a new single.

Blending the raw intensity of 90s grunge with a buzzsaw punk thrill and a glowering intent, 'Outcry' steps up the Weymouth trio's game considerably from previous single, the updated downer anthem 'Low'.

“'Outcry' is one of those songs that is going to mean something different depending on who’s listening to it," they announce determinedly. "But at its core, 'Outcry' touches on the reality of growing up and witnessing certain illusions fade, dealing with that frustration, and coming to terms with the fact that life very rarely plays out the way that you imagined it would."

Linchpins and cheerleaders for the local Weymouth scene, their infectious DIY approach has inspired both fans and bands alike through shows at venues like Sticks & Bones and The Belvedere, sharing stages along the way with the likes of James & The Cold Gun, Sick Joy and visiting Canadians, The Jins, as well as London's Duck & Dive Festival.
