PROUD GALLERIES in Camden are hosting a major exhibition of photographs by punk photographer ANDY ROSEN.
THE END OF GENERATION X – Rosen’s first exhibition in more than 20 years – features a wealth of recently rediscovered shots that have been hidden away in storage since the early 80s. Casting a new light on London’s original punk era, the exhibition includes outtakes from The Jam’s album cover sessions, intimate portraits of Johnny Rotten, unseen live shots of The Clash and a pre-Culture Club Boy George, working the cloakroom at the Blitz club.
The End Of Generation X runs from 11 June to 19 July. Further details can be found on the Proud website.
