NOFX ANNOUNCE FINAL LONDON SHOWS!

NOFX ANNOUNCE FINAL LONDON SHOWS!

NOFX have announced two very special London shows as part of their farewell tour.

The LA punk stalwarts are calling time on their four-decade-plus career with a bunch of farewell shows which will see the band take over London's newly reopened O2 Academy Brixton over 11th and 12th June.

Each show will see the band playing three albums per night: the first night will feature Punk In Drublic, Wolves in Wolves’ Clothing and Pump Up on the 11th, and So Long & Thanks, White Trash and The Decline on the 12th.

There'll always be a different supporting cast each day with Descendents, Codefendants, Pulley and Last Hounds on the 11th and Circle Jerks, SNUFF, The Meffs and The Last Gang on the 12th.

The announcement follows the release of new single ‘I’m A Rat’, taken from their forthcoming Half Album, set for release on 19 April via Fat Wreck.

"Was it worth it?" asks Fat Mike. "Was it worth spending five years finishing the five songs on my double album project that I thought were the worst of the bunch? Was it a good idea to spend so much time raising the runts of the litter? Was it an error in judgement when I wrote a song about the magnitude of my arrogance? I think the answers to all of these rhetorical questions might be found by listening to this half-sided album... but I seriously doubt it.”

Tickets for these shows go on sale this Friday 15th March at 10.00 am through ticketmaster.co.uk and tickets on sale at o2academybrixton.co.uk on Wed 13th at 10.00 am.
