THE STOOGES are the subject of a new photo book.
The Truth Is In The Sound We Make is a lavish 300-page deluxe coffee-table book from Wintergarden Books, the publishing arm of Easy Action Records, the label behind many Stooges rarities.
The 14" by 11" book covers the years 1967 to '74 - so there's no solo Iggy or Stooges reunion content - and features many rare and unseen high definition photos as well as previously unpublished fan pics, while the text features a complete listing of the band's shows and recording sessions byrenowned Stooges authority Per Nilsen.
Published in a limited print run of 800 copies, the book is available as super-limited bundle of 150 numbered copies, including two high-definition 8x10 live shots, a high grade art print, poster and bookmark which is available here.
