With bassist Peter Hook having left New Order under acrimonious circumstances, the other three members of the group have formed a new band called Bad Lieutenant. Bernard Sumner, Stephen Morris and Phil Cunningham have joined up with Blur bassist Alex James for the new group and Sumner tells the BBC they could have a new record out as soon as October.
