LOUD WOMEN LAUNCH COMPILATION ALBUM!

LOUD WOMEN, the London-based club night/movement dedicated to supporting loud live music by women, have announced the release of their first compilation album.
Founded by Cassie Fox of THE WIMMINS' INSTITUTE and THEE FACTION, over the past they've staged several gigs, held their first one-day festival and launched a regular eZine.
LOUD WOMEN - Volume One features tracks from some of the UK's most hotly-tipped female and female-fronted bands, including THE WIMMINS' INSTITUTE, PETROL GIRLS, IDESTROY, GUTTFULL, NERVOUS TWITCH, DREAM NAILS, BRATAKUS, DOLLS, THE EMPTY PAGE, THE ETHICAL DEBATING SOCIETY, THE POTENTIALS, BUGEYE, ARGONAUT and more.
͞Says Cassie, "It’s 2017 and women are still struggling to get their voices heard in all arenas. LOUD WOMEN is about putting women centre-stage and turning up the volume. There are hordes of massively talented female artists out there, hopefully this CD can bring a few of them to a wider audience
Due for release on 18 March, LOUD WOMEN - Volume One is available to pre-order now here. All profits from the sale of the CD got to domestic violence charity Women's Aid.
They'll be having a special launch party with 13 of the acts on the album at The Sound Lounge, Tooting on 18 March from 2.30pm.
