South London post-punk evergreens THE BAND OF HOLY JOY are to play a special show in North London later this month.
The gig takes place at Bones & Pearl, Markfield Road, Tottenham on Sunday 27 May. An impressive supporting cast features sets from HOWLROUND VS TIME ATTENDANT, MYSTERY CULT NO.2, STEPH HORAK, HECTOR GANNET, ANNE GARNER, BEN CON CELLO BAND and COLDLIPS, plus DJ sets from Ali Makiavelli and Subterraneans.

Formed in 1984 in New Cross by Tyneside emigre Johny Brown, the Band Of Holy Joy had a triumphant year last year with the widely acclaimed new album Funambulist We Love You and the double compilation album of their 80s recordings for Flim Flam Records, Clouds The Break The Sky.
