One-man Italian blues tornado Gianni Tbay aka THE BLUES AGAINST YOUTH hits the UK next month with a new album and single in tow.

Since the release of the acclaimed As The Tide Gets High And Low in 2022, the Turin-based Tbay has made yearly visits to the UK as well as touring widely across Europe. Now celebrating 15 years as The Blues Against Youth, he returns once again playing dates around two shows at Birmingham Jazz & Blues Festival and a brace of London dates.

The shows will also accompany the release of a new live album Live At Galle, recorded in Germany, and a brand new 7" single 'Learn This Right', both of which will be available at gigs.

"It'll be great to get back to the UK this Summertime 'cos the weather is mild and gets along with my Mediterranean blood," says Gianni. "Also, I’ll be able to stuff my luggage with copies of my new 7” record rather than loads of extra clothes to stuff myself with and look like a Michelin mascot man walking in the freezing rain. So don’t expect me to come back in winter and go grab your tickets now. I’ll treat you well."
