Birmingham punk veterans CULT FIGURES return with a new video and new album.
'Lunatic Friend' is taken from Reports Of People, the band's fourth album since reforming in 2013. The video is the work of guitarist Steve May, one of THREE animators in the band.
The band originally formed in 1977, recording their classic and deeply sought-after debut single 'Zip Nolan' in 1979 with members of Swell Maps, produced by legendary producer John Rivers at his Woodbine Street studio.
Since reforming the band have continued to return to Rivers and his Leamington Spa studio, which is where they recorded the new album.
The band's first release for new label Precious Recordings Of London, Reports Of People is set for release on 24 April and is available to pre-order now through Bandcamp.
