Swedish rockers THE GONERS have just announced the release of their debut album Good Mourning.
The five-man band, whose sound is pitched somewhere between garage-punk and primitive NWOBHM-style metal, hail from the steeltown of Eskilstuna, west of Stockholm. A supergroup of sorts, the band featured singer-guitarist Nate Gone of stoner-rockers SALEM'S POT, plus members of the well-known pop band YVONNE.
The Goners released 'World Of Decay', the first single from the album back in December. Good Mourning is set for release through RidingEasy Records on 13 March and is available to pre-order here.
