GODFATHERS ANNOUNCE NEW MUSIC AND UK SHOWS!

THE GODFATHERS return next year with a trio of UK shows.

The legendary band will also be using the occasion to launch a brand new single, their first new music in more than three years.

Formed in London in 1985 out of the ashes of The Sid Presley Experience, the band have been celebrating their 40th Anniversary this year, with a new compilation album Electric Deja Vu and a series of shows across Europe, sharing stages with the likes of the Sex Pistols, The Damned, The Stranglers and The Sisters Of Mercy.

In between times, the band have been recording with guest Josh Hager from Devo on guitar and synthesiser in what frontman and founder Peter Coyne describes as "exciting, finger on the pulse rock and roll social commentary - another sonic leap forward for the group.”  It will be the band's first new music since 2022's Alpha Beta Gamma Delta album, widely considered a return to form.

The single is set for release on 6 February, with the band playing three shows the following week, including their annual St Valentine's Day Massacre gig (although this year a day early). Catch the band live at....
