Rejuvenated post-punk stalwarts FOLK DEVILS and INCA BABIES hit the road this week on a joint UK tour.
Both bands emerged - from West London and Manchester respectively - during the mid-80s trading on the same dark blues-infused swamp-punk as fellow travellers THE BIRTHDAY PARTY, THE SCIENTISTS and THE GUN CLUB.
Folk Devils returned last summer on the back of the overdue and much acclaimed anthology Beautiful Monsters through Optic Nerve Recordings. Parting Shots' Dave Hodgson replaces original frontman Ian Lowery, who sadly died in 2001.
Check out 'English Disease'.
Based around founder member Harry Stafford, Inca Babies reformed in 2007, releasing their latest album The Stereo Plan in 2014.
Watch them performing 'Opium Den' on German TV.
