DOCTORS OF MADNESS BOX SET!

DOCTORS OF MADNESS BOX SET!

Cult 70s art-rock band DOCTORS OF MADNESS have their output compiled in a new box set.
Formed in Brixton in 1974 and fronted by charismatic vocalist Richard 'Kid' Strange, the Doctors were a huge influence on punk, counting the likes of the SEX PISTOLS and THE JAM as their support bands and Dave Vanian and T.V. Smith as collaborators.
The 3-CD Perfect Past: The Complete Doctors Of Madness brings together their three albums for Polydor, plus previously unreleased studio material, live tracks featuring Smith and a prospective '78 single with Vanian.
Set for release on 5 May though Cherry Red, it's available to pre-order here.
A reformed Doctors Of Madness play a very special one-off show at a secret London location on Tuesday 16 May, with special guests BAND OF HOLY JOY and LILY BUD. Tickets priced £12.00 are available here.
More dates to be confirmed.
