DESPERATE MEASURES come smashing into Autumn with a brand new single and lyric video.
Recorded once again with producer Andy Brook (Status Quo, Wonk Unit), 'Sublime Destruction' represents the band's first new material since 2021's widely-acclaimed mini-album Rinsed.
According to frontman Eugene Butcher, the single "is about how normal everyday things we take for granted are slowly being taken away and eroded, whether it’s our rights, the environment or even the health system. Blink and they will be gone.”
Set for release on Friday 13 October, 'Sublime Destruction' is available to pre-order as a download from Apple and Amazon and will be available from all the usual streaming platforms.
The band have a bunch of dates lined up, including shows with Supersuckers and The Godfathers, plus Vive Le Rock's traditional X-Mess event.
