BAUHAUS man DAVID J has announced a pair of intimate solo shows later this month.
For Back To Beck (The Crucible Of Bela Lugosi's Dead) the bassist will return to the tiny Beck Studios in Wellingborough, Northants on 26 August, where Bauhaus originally recorded their classic debut single in 1979. It will be the first time he's returned to the studio since recording his second solo album Crocodile Tears and The Velvet Cosh in 1985.
As well as playing songs from his back catalogue, David will be interviewed by Andrew Brookbank, author of Bauhaus - Behind The Mask, followed by a Q&A session.
The Wellingborough show will be preceded by a date at The Islington, London on 25 August, where he'll be joined by special guests.
