Legendary Birmingham musician DAVE KUSWORTH plays a rare London show next week.
Kusworth is an integral figure in the Brum rock family tree. Since forming the infamous Stooges-inspired T.V. EYE as a teenager in the late 70s followed by the notorious SUBTERRANEAN HAWKS with Stephen Duffy and future BLACK BOMBER Dave Twist, Kusworth has taken trash rock'n'roll from the West Midlands to the world, hooking up with NIKKI SUDDEN in supergroup THE JACOBITES before going on a merry-go-round of rock'n'roll rides with DOGS D'AMOUR, THE BOUNY HUNTERS, THE TENDERHOOKS and more.
At this very special Rockaway Beach club night at The Hope & Anchor, Islington on Friday 28 July, Kusworth and his band will be supported by THE VULZ and MOTO VAMP.
Tickets priced £8.25 are available here.
A new compilation of lost tracks by T.V. Eye - earning a 9-out-of-10 review in Vive Le Rock! - is available now from Seventeen Records/Easy Action.
