Italian post-punks CUT fly in this week for a series of shows in northern England and Scotland.
The bass-free trio are touring in support of last year's critically lauded sixth album Second Skin. The band have also announced the reissue of 2006's long unavailable A Different Beat, vastly expanded from the original 13 tracks to 24.
Set for re-release on 15 March on gatefold vinyl, CD and download, it's available to pre-order here.
Formed in Bologna in 1996, Cut have shown an industrious approach to gigging, covering Europe many times, including several visits to the UK. Along the way, they've shared stages with the likes of Iggy & The Stooges, Mudhoney, Violent Femmes, The Hives, Guitar Wolf and the Jim Jones Revue.
Their 2010 album Annihilation Road was recorded and mixed by Matt Vert-Ray of Heavy Trash and mastered by Richard Hell & The Voidoids guitarist Ivan Julian, while Second Skin featured a guest contribution from Minutemen and Stooges bassist Mike Watt.
