Fast-rising Midlands rockers BLACK BOMBERS have announced a handful of shows taking them up to the release of their long-awaited debut album at the end of May.
The three dates, starting this weekend, culminate in a London album launch on the day of the record's release, Friday 27 May.
Featuring members of seminal Birmingham punks THE PREFECTS and much-loved Island Records sleaze-rockers GUNFIRE DANCE, the trio have racked up an impressive CV that has seen them rubbing shoulders with the likes of THE DAMNED, THE JACOBITES, LORDS OF THE NEW CHURCH and THE NIGHTINGALES. Most recently, bassist Darren Birch has been touring as a member of HEARTBREAKER Walter Lure's backing band.
With their first single 'Crazy', released last Spring, selling out in under a week, their self-titled debut album for Easy Action Records will be preceded by a single/video 'Break It Down' in late April.
