The gigs, a hometown show in Birmingham and their third ever show in London, follow on from the release of their lauded self-titled debut album this Spring.
On Saturday 13 August they play their first ever headline show at The Hare & Hounds, Birmingham. Support comes from THE DREGS and BALSALL HEATHENS. Tickets priced £5 are available here.
Then on Friday 26 August, they play a Rockaway Beach night at the legendary Hope & Anchor in Islington, London as special guests to HONEST JOHN PLAIN from THE BOYS. Opening the night are punk-blues duo STASH. Tickets priced £7.50 are for sale here.
Upholding a fine West Midlands tradition of punk and rock, Black Bombers family tree has roots in such iconic Birmingham bands as THE PREFECTS, THE TENDERHOOKS, TV EYE, THE SUBTERRANEAN HAWKS and GUNFIRE DANCE as well as stints with WALTER LURE of THE HEARTBREAKERS, BRIAN JAMES and THE GODFATHERS.
