Legendary Siouxsie & The Banshees guitarist JOHN McKAY has been added to the bill of this summer's inaugural Forever Now festival.
Joining the Banshees in the summer of '77, McKay played on the band's first two albums The Scream and Join Hands, before leaving at the end of '79. He recently put together a new band to tour his debut solo album Sixes And Sevens.
As previously announced, Forever Now takes over Milton Keynes Bowl on 22 June with two stages featuring performances from Kraftwerk, The The, Billy Idol, Death Cult, Johnny Marr, Peter Murphy, The Psychedelic Furs, The Jesus & Mary Chain, The Damned, Happy Mondays, Public Image Ltd, Berlin, theatre Of Hate, UK Decay, She Wants Revenge, Chameleons and The Motels.
The event will also feature the Echo Chamber Literary Stage featuring exclusive live interviews with band members, hosted by John Robb and Vive's own Eugene Butcher.
