Manchester psychonauts THE SPEED OF SOUND release another video from their monumental triple album A Cornucopia, which came out last year.
'Apocalypse Acropolis' is taken from the album's second disc, Victory, and is being released on the 35th Anniversary of the recording of the band's first ever EP.
The band describe the track as "Grounded yet trippy at the same time, a twelve string picking pattern gives way to elevated vocals and overdrive, all while surveying a dead civilisation of industrial ruins and artefacts overtaken by nature reclaiming the crumbling walls and empty windows of once self-important commercial buildings, where all the workplace stress and crushing pressure of deadlines amounting to nothing in the fullness of time. Industrial decay merge and become inseparable from the ruins of war which drives so much of that trade."
Victory goes live to streaming from 20 September and is available to pre-order here.
