To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the legendary 100 Club Punk Festival, two nights' worth of punk tribute bands will be appearing at the London venue this weekend.
Over the weekend of 20 and 21 September 1976, the likes of the SEX PISTOLS, THE CLASH, THE DAMNED, SIOUXSIE & THE BANDSHEES, THE BUZZCOCKS and SUBWAY SECT appeared at the Oxford Street club in front of the capital's fledgling punks, kickstarting the UK punk scene in earnest.
This weekend will see performances by SEX PISTOLS EXPERIENCE, COMPLETE CLASH and STRAIGHTEN OUT (Stranglers tribute) on Friday 24 September, and Sex Pistols Experience, LIZZIE & THE BANSHEES and BROKEN HEARTS (Johnny Thunders & The Heartbreakers tribute) on Saturday 24 September.
Tickets, priced £15 for each night, are available here.
