AMPLINE UNVEIL NEW VIDEO!

Cincinatti post-punks AMPLINE have just unveiled a brand new video for the track ‘Shrunken Heads’.

This abrasive punk barn-burner’s taken from the trio’s fifth full-length album Passion Relapse, which is out now through Sofaburn Records.

Kevin Schmidt, Rick McCarty and Mike Montgomery came together as Ampline in 2001, since when, they’ve toured widely across the US, Europe and the UK. Passion Relapse was recorded, mixed and mastered at Montgomery’s  analogue recording studio Candyland in Dayton, Kentucky, which has hosted such acts as The Breeders, Protomartyr, Buffalo Killers, Ed Crawford (fIREHOSE), Courtney Barnett and more.

When not on Ampline or Candyland duty, Montgomery is a member of the duo R.Ring with The Breeders’ Kelly Deal, recently releasing their debut LP. He also plays in Mike Vallely and the New Arms alongside professional skateboarders Kristian Svitak (The Heartaches / Swami Recs) and Mike Vallely (Black Flag / Good For You with Greg Ginn). Vallely’s skateboard company Street Plant has featured numerous Ampline tracks in their video edits.
